According to the latest batch of New York City market reports, Brooklyn home buyers are seeing higher prices and less inventory. And the last time national homeownership was this low, Sonny and Cher’s “I Got You Babe” topped the charts. Q2 2016 U.S. residential vacancies and homeownership: U.S. Census Bureaus
