Gad Elmaleh, a comedian dubbed the “Jerry Seinfeld of France,” paid $7 million for an apartment, though it’s unclear whether the French version of Kramer lives across the hall.

The Moroccan-born stand-up acquired a condominium unit at 124 Hudson Street in Tribeca, according to property records filed Tuesday. The sellers, Nadia and Karim Zahmoul, bought the apartment in 2002 for an undisclosed price.

The corner apartment spans 2,717 square feet and features a terrace and mahogany windows.

Elmaleh appeared in Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris” and voiced Seinfeld’s character in the French version of “Bee Movie.”

The Corcoran Group’s TRData LogoTINY Amanda Sawyer and J. Eric Becker, neither of whom were immediately available for comment, had the listing.
