Seattle developer R.C. Hedreen announced plans to build this complex, which will feature 1,500 hotel rooms, 150,000 square feet of meeting and ballroom space and other uses. We also have news from Chicago, which saw an increase in luxury sales last year. The city also had the highest number of homes priced over $5 million since the boom.
