Recycling mogul Anthony Lomangino completed his second sale of a Palm Beach Gardens residence in less than two months, The Real Deal has learned.
Lomangino and his wife Lynda sold a 6,044-square-foot home at 11743 Belladonna Court for about $2.3 million, according to Palm Beach County records. The sale closed on April 1 and was recorded by the county on Thursday. The couple paid $2.4 million for the four-bedroom residence in November 2006, around the time the home was constructed.
PBGF Investments of Harrison, N.Y. is the buyer. The company did not obtain financing for the purchase.
Lomangino, the founder of Davie-based Southern Waste Systems, also sold a mansion at 12411 Hautree Court for $9 million on Feb 18. Both homes sold by Lomangino are located in the Old Palm Golf Club community.
Before launching Southern Waste, Lomangino oversaw the formation and growth of New York-based Star Recycling, which was eventually sold to industry giant Waste Management.
