The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $4 million to $67 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a home in Broward was on the low end.

#1 Auto magnate Alan Potamkin listed his massive Coral Gables estate at 1 Casuarina Concourse on Thursday for a considerable $67 million. The 20,862-square-foot mansion sits on a 3.6-acre lot that juts into Biscayne Bay. It is being listed by Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of The Jills. Miami-Dade property records show auto magnate Alan Potamkin as the owner. He bought the property in 1987 for $2 million and began constructing the mansion.

#2 A penthouse at the Four Seasons Residences, at 1425 Brickell Avenue, was listed for $27.6 million. The six-bedroom, seven-bathrooom unit has 9,421 square feet. The listing agent is Rebeca Tinoco of KD Prime Properties International.

#3 Dora Puig, of Fisher Island Real Estate, is the listing agent for penthouse No. 3 at 7003 Fisher Island Drive. The 6,644-square-foot unit has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, waterfront views and a rooftop pool. It’s on the market for $27.2 million.

Palm Beach

#1 The estate at 840 South Ocean Boulevard in Lantana is back on the market after it was most recently listed a month ago, this time asking $27.5 million — $2.5 million more than in April. Dubbed “Nirvana,” the 16,087-square-foot oceanfront mansion has six bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and three half baths. Its plethora of entertainment rooms include a theatre, a dance club, a spa with a massage room, a library and a meditation room. Outside, the home has an infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi, a Zen garden and a tennis court. Senada Adzem of Douglas Elliman has the listing.

#2 A 13,925-square-foot mansion in Boca Raton is for sale at $11.5 million. Located at 2579 Spanish River Road, the estate has 175 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, infinity-edge pool and fireplace. The home itself has nine bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. It is described as Italian Renaissance-inspired, with a covered patio, spa room and sauna. The listing is provided by David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties.

#3 The mansion at 190 Bears Club Drive in Jupiter has been listed for sale at $8 million. It is described as a British West Indies-style home with a resort-style pool and an outdoor kitchen. The 13,562-square-foot home was built in 2007 and has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It was renovated in 2013, including new granite countertops for the kitchen and a rebuilt pool. Craig Mason of Mason Real Estate has the listing.

#1 A waterfront property at 3141-B Northeast 48th Street in Lighthouse Point was just listed for $5.5 million. It sits on a corner lot along the neighborhood’s strips of canal and is surrounded by roughly 370 feet of seawall — big enough for a large yacht, as its listing states. The home itself is 5,950 square feet, neo-classical in its architecture and contemporary in its finishes. It has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and comes with impact-resistant windows and doors. The property also controls an adjacent tennis court, though the home is available for purchase with or without the court. John List of Douglas Elliman has the listing.

#2 One of two homes occupying a small island that sticks out into a Fort Lauderdale canal has been put up for sale at $4.5 million. Located at 10 Compass Point, the 6,700-square-foot home shares half of the island’s cul de sac with an 11,000-square-foot mansion next door. It has eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an outdoor pool and a boat lift rated for 16,000 pounds. The listing is provided by Sandra Tagliamonte of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

#3 The newly built home at 2870 Northeast 24th Place in Fort Lauderdale is up for sale at $4 million. Constructed by homebuilder Double P Construction, the 3,461-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It has roughly 100 feet of canal frontage, a screened lanai and a covered balcony. Larry Revier of TrustLarry Real Estate has the listing.
