Regus, the world’s largest shared-office provider, has opened its second location in Coral Gables, the company announced on Tuesday.
Regus’ second Gables outpost, at the Columbus Center in downtown Coral Gables, joins the company’s 3,000 locations in 900 cities, according to a press release. An office already exists four blocks away at the Colonnade Building, at 2332 Galiano Street.
The new penthouse location at One Alhambra Plaza includes a balcony on the south side of the building with views of the Gables, Miami and Coconut Grove. It spans 17,785 square feet, a spokesperson told The Real Deal.
Members include legal, technology, finance and insurance firms.
Amenities of the new workspace at One Alhambra Plaza include fully furnished offices, two meeting rooms, business lounges and community spaces. The Luxembourg-based company also offers coffee, tea and WiFi.
Other share office space firms in South Florida include Pipeline, Büro, MADE at the Citadel, Quest Workspaces and WeWork. – Katherine Kallergis
