Builders top off 18-story luxury condo in Sarasota

Coral Gables-based architectural firm Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates (NBWW) announced the topping off of VUE Sarasota Bay, an 18-story waterfront condominium under construction in downtown Sarasota.

VUE units range in price from $1.5 million to $3.4 million.

Units at VUE Sarasota Bay will have two to four bedrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows. The property’s private amenities will include a fitness center, club lounge, resort-style swimming pool an dog park.

The location on Gulfstream Avenue at the gateway to St. Armands Circle and Lido Key is adjacent to the Westin Sarasota and Ritz-Carlton hotels in downtown Sarasota.

The Kolter Group is developing VUE, Kast Construction is the general contractor and the interiors firm is The Decorators Unlimited.

Michael Saunders and Company is handling the exclusive brokerage of VUE units.

SRQ Magazine this year honored NBWW for the cubic theme of the building’s design.
