Records show the couple owns two other Palm Beach County properties. One is a condo in Boca Raton’s Sea Ranch Club that they bought for $1.9 million in 2016, and the other is an oceanfront house in Delray Beach that they bought for $8 million in August.

The couple’s new Highland Beach property last sold for $13.5 million in 2021, records show. It is a part of Boca Cove Highland Beach, a 42-unit waterfront condominium across the street that was developed by Steve Tebon and Seadar Builders, and designed by Randall Stofft Architects.

Completed that year, the townhouse spans 7,300 square feet, with four bedrooms, six bathrooms and four half-bathrooms, according to property records. The townhouse includes a gym with a sauna, a game room, lounge, bar and pool, the listing shows.

It hit the market for $21.9 million in September, according to Redfin.

Other recent luxury sales in Highland Beach include spec developer Pascal Nicolai’s $30 million sale of an oceanfront mansion in November.

John D. Desprez III, CEO of Delray Beach-based InspereX, sold a waterfront home for $9.8 million in July.
