IndCor appoints Amy Curry to oversee Florida industrial portfolio

Chicago-based IndCor has named Amy Curry to oversee its Florida industrial portfolio. Curry, who will assume the role of vice president asset manager, will lead the firm’s ownership and management of its 6-million-square-foot portfolio in Miami, Orlando and Tampa. She was formerly at First Industrial Trust, where she led portfolio management and leasing in Florida. IndCor owns and manages over 85 million square feet in 40 markets in the United States. It was formed in 2010 as a portfolio company of the Blackstone Group. — Alexander Britell
