PBGF Investments of Harrison, N.Y. is the buyer. The company did not obtain financing for the purchase.

Lomangino, the founder of Davie-based Southern Waste Systems, also sold a mansion at 12411 Hautree Court for $9 million on Feb 18. Both homes sold by Lomangino are located in the Old Palm Golf Club community.

Before launching Southern Waste, Lomangino oversaw the formation and growth of New York-based Star Recycling, which was eventually sold to industry giant Waste Management.
