Büro Group opened its third location in Miami’s MiMo District, the company announced on Wednesday.
Büro opened an 11,000-square-foot co-working space at 7300 Biscayne Boulevard, a building marked by the iconic Coppertone sign.
“We are very excited about our new space and the overall buzz in the MiMo District,” said Michael Feinstein, Büro founder and CEO, in a statement. “There are great local restaurants, cafes and retail concepts opening each month in the neighborhood. It’s quickly becoming a hub of creativity and culture along the Biscayne Corridor and the opening of Büro will only accelerate this transformation.”
The company’s two-story location in MiMo features flexible workspaces and amenities, including suites, open workstations, conference rooms, and cafe-lounge areas. Büro MiMo can house up to 60 companies, and was designed by interior design group Fanny Haim & Associates and Studio X Architects. Amenities unique to the space include a vintage electronic bingo machine in the communal design area.
Other locations include Midtown Miami, where The Real Deal South Florida is a member, and Sunset Harbour. Other members include Airbnb, Postmates, Gilt City and Barry’s Bootcamp. Büro’s Coconut Grove location in the Engle Building is scheduled to open in September.
