The 40-story project is being developed by a partnership between the Related Group, 13th Floor InvestmentsKey International and sbe. It will have 77 condos and 265 hotel rooms available for purchase, with prices ranging from $430,000 to $1 million, according to a news release.

The two most recently collaborated on the Hyde Hotel & Residences Hollywood, another 40-story condo hotel tower that’s going up on the oceanfront side of South Ocean Drive. That project is directly across the street from Hyde Beach House.

Preceding those projects is Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails, a beachfront club for owners in both towers that’s set to open next month. The three-story building will have a spa, lounge areas, pool and restaurant. The eatery will be open to the public, while memberships will be up for sale to non-owners.

Hyde Beach House will be built on a 2.4-acre lot at 4000 South Ocean Drive. The land was sold out of foreclosure late last year, according to Broward County property records. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
