Brickell Ten, a planned 22-story, mixed-use tower in the Brickell area, closed on a $39.7 million construction loan, Miami-Dade County records show.

The 155-unit condominium, which will include 13,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the ground and mezzanine levels, is being developed by IBcorp Investments, Waterstone Capital LLC, BC Architects A1A and Civic Construction, according to marketing materials. Attorney Richard Waserstein signed the mortgage for Waterstone Capital. Ocean Bank is the lender.

Units will feature terraces, Italian kitchen cabinetry, Bosch stainless steel appliances and Italian bathrooms. They’ll range from one to three bedrooms, as well as penthouses. Adriana Hoyos is designing the interiors. Building amenities will include a rooftop recreation complex complete with a spa, gym, outdoor bar, pool and terrace; as well as a club room, swimming pool, play room and more.

OneWorld Properties, led by Peggy Fucci, is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the project. OneWorld is also handling sales for Paramount Miami Worldcenter.

Brickell Ten will be located on the corner of Southwest Second Avenue and Southwest 10th Street, west of Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.
