Pipeline Workspaces has opened its Coral Gables outpost, marking the third location for the shared office space company.
Pipeline Gables is leasing 14,000 square feet at 95 Merrick Way in downtown Coral Gables. Members include tech company Clearpath; lobbying firm Gazitua Letelier, P.A.; Oregon-based Sokol Blosser Winery; and film and video production company Reel City Films, among others.
The co-working space includes a deposition and conference room center, dedicated desks, private offices, parking and a social lounge, according to a press release. Open work areas start at $200 a month and private offices at $500 a month. Design elements unique to the Gables space include a coat of arms, bull’s head and candelabra.
“As with our locations in Brickell and Philadelphia, Pipeline Gables will serve as an alternative workspace hub that gathers entrepreneurs, professionals and business people who may not otherwise meet and share ideas,” Todd Oretsky, Pipeline co-founder, said in a statement.
Pipeline also has locations in Philadelphia, will open in Doral next year, and has plans for an 80,000-square-foot Pipeline Co-warehousing and Creative Studios in Miami’s Little River neighborhood. Through a national expansion, Pipeline is predicting that it will be valued at more than $100 million within the next two years, the company said in April. It sold a minority stake to a member of Pipeline Brickell, bringing the company’s valuation to $15 million.
