5% commission offered at the Altessa

clients purchase one-, two- or three-bedroom condos at the Altessa in
Union City. Prices in the building start at $310,000, and units range

realize the local brokerage community will play an important role in

Altessa’s exclusive sales agent. “We wanted to institute an aggressive
program that would reward real estate agents from Hudson County and
beyond that help us achieve our goals.”
