Singer Alicia Keys, who is several months into her apartment search with artist and producer beau Swizz Beatz, is seriously eyeing a three-bedroom duplex penthouse at 170 East End Avenue, according to the Post. The Upper East Side, Peter Marino-designed condo sits across from Gracie Mansion. The uni has a fireplace, views of the East River and floor-to-ceiling windows. The couple has already viewed the apartment four times, a source told the Post.
