For those who love the Hamptons’ environs, but feel it lacks a certain silver fox, look no further. Not one, but two properties in Quiogue, a village west of Quogue, that neighbor one owned by Anderson Cooper have hit the market. The first, a 3,654-square-foot home with a pool and guesthouse, once owned by Hollywood writer Budd Schulberg, is on the market for $3.5 million. The other, a 6,600-square-foot home that includes a grotto pool, stables and a private dock, is on the market for $10.8 million. The two listings are being represented by Prudential Douglas Elliman and the Corcoran Group, respectively. But if some buyers aren’t heading out east any time soon, there’s a New York City option for those hoping to brush against Cooper’s fame: the CNN star recently bought a former firehouse in the West Village at 84 West 3rd Street.
