Nicole Kidman’s apartment at Richard Meier’s 176 Perry Street is on the rental market for $45,000 per month.

According to city documents, the Aussie movie star purchased the 12th floor apartment in 2003 in the name of her sister, Antonia Hawley. A year later, it was reported that the star had grown dissatisfied with the $8 million home because the construction of Meier’s third tower at 165 Charles Street would impact her Hudson River views.

In August, the Post reported that Kidman and her husband Keith Urban purchased a penthouse at 200 11th Avenue.

The 176 Perry Street unit is on the market with Halstead Property’s Richard Orenstein. Orenstein and Halstead declined to comment, but broker sources confirmed that the 3,785-square-foot spread is Kidman’s.

The full-floor apartment has three-bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, the New Jersey shoreline and Hudson Waterfront Park, the listing says.
