Sales officially kicked off today at the new Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York, at 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue, developers Starwood Capital Group and Tribeca Associates announced.
The 50-story, Skidmore Owings & Merrill-designed building has 61 homes, all designed by Tony Ingrao.
Four of the homes are full-floor units and one is a 7,400-square-foot, five-bedroom penthouse duplex with an outdoor terrace that is asking $60 million. The other homes start at 1,000 square feet and go up to full floor plans for one to four bedrooms; the asking prices start at $3.5 million and climb to $60 million, according to Curbed
