A full-floor apartment at 40 Bond Street has hit the market for $27 million or $5,033 per square foot, which makes it the most expensive listing in Noho, Curbed reported.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom pad is owned by William Kriegel, the sole shareholder of a Baltimore-based engineering firm called BKM Associates. According to Curbed, Kriegel bought the apartment for $17.97 million in 2007 and has a history of wheeling and dealing with high-profile New York City properties.

In 2007, when he bought his apartment at 40 Bond, Kriegel also sold rock star Jon Bon Jovi a $24 million penthouse at 158 Mercer Street. (Just last month Bon Jovi listed that unit for $45 million, as TRD previously reported.)
