A new 11-story rental project by the Rabsky Group is set to rise in Williamsburg, Buzz Buzz Home reported. Located at 146 South 4th Street between Bedford and Driggs avenues, the 106,000-square-foot building is being designed by ND Architecture and will have 113 rental apartments.
Amenities include on-site attendant parking, a gym and a private rooftop terrace. The development is slated to be completed by this October.
Construction on the Williamsburg waterfront is proceeding at a breakneck pace, but parents raising young children in the area have complained about the noise and pollution that go along with it. [Buzz Buzz Home] –Hiten Samtani
