The next scion of the Ivanka Trump/Jared Kushner real estate family will be born this fall, the New York Post reported. This will be the couple’s second child. Their daughter Arabella Rose turns two years old in July.

“Ivanka is starting to tell friends and family about her pregnancy,” an unnamed source told the Post.

The news comes at a big time for Trump, who recently began expanding her role at her father’s company, the Trump Organization, as previously reported. Following her $150 million acquisition of the Doral Resort & Spa in Miami last summer, she has worked to change the brand’s masculine look, adding her own aesthetic to their portfolio of hotels and golf resorts.

The announcement also comes at a big time for Kushner, who has been on an East Village building acquisition spree as of late.

Trump told Forbes in a story published this week that she wants to have three or, possibly, four children. Her father, Donald, is a great grandfather to her daughter, “as long as it doesn’t involve changing diapers,” she said. [NYP]Zachary Kussin
