One of Chelsea’s most famous mother-daughter duos could be looking to move.

Katie Holmes, best known for her roles in “Dawson’s Creek” and “Batman Begins,” recently put a bid on a four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment at the pre-war Apthorp at Broadway and 79th Street. Holmes currently lives in a rental at the Chelsea Mercantile with her daughter Suri.

Holmes bid on a 3,100-square-foot unit for which the asking price was $6.75 million.

Reportedly, Holmes has decided to stay in Chelsea for now after her financial advisors told her renting was a better bet for now. [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
