SL Green joins Jared Kushner’s big Gowanus project

Site was in contract in June for as much as $80M

SL Green Realty joined a partnership between Jared Kushner’s Kushner Companies and LIVWRK to buy a block-long, 140,000-square-foot development site in Gowanus, according to SL Green.

Kushner and LIVWRK, led by former Two Trees Management executive Asher Abehsera, entered contract on the site at 175-225 3rd Street in June for as much as $80 million, as The Real Deal reported. The site allows for a commercial mixed-use project of up to 300,000 square feet.
