Model home: Tyra Banks looking to sell Soho pad for $4M

Style icon and TV host bought the 2,000-square-foot unit in 2005 for $2.1M

The asking price of Tyra Banks’ Soho apartment must be making her smize.

The top model and host of “America’s Next Top Model” is looking to sell her two-bedroom unit at 225 Lafayette Street for $3.8 million, according to the New York Daily News. The fierce television host is not the only famous resident in the building. Actress Dakota Fanning lives in the Beaux Arts building and musician John Mayer sold his unit there for $4 million in 2013.

Adam Modlin is representing the television host.

Banks bought the unit in 2005 for $2.1 million, the newspaper reported. Her loft is 2,000 square feet and has panoramic views of Downtown and Midtown Manhattan as well as a chef’s kitchen and large windows. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
