Actress Kathy Najimy, known for “Sister Act” and a recent stint on HBO’s “Veep,” picked up a Carnegie House co-op in Midtown for $2.6 million, according to property records filed with the city Wednesday.
The 2,500-square-foot apartment, on the second floor of 100 West 57th Street, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and also features a 650-square-foot private terrace.
Aryeh and Erin Rudensky of Scarsdale are the sellers. Harry DiOrio of Douglas Elliman had the listing.
Najimy previously starred on the NBC sitcom “Veronica’s Closet” and in Disney’s Halloween classic “Hocus Pocus” with Bette Midler and Sarah Jessica Parker. She also voiced Peggy Hill on the animated Fox series “King of the Hill.”
Investor David Werner partnered with Rubin Schron and the Cohen family to acquire the land under 100 West 57th Street for $285 million last year, The Real Deal reported.
