Actress Michelle Williams purchased a landmarked Victorian home in Prospect Park South that was last listed for $2.5 million.

The star of films such as “Oz the Great and Powerful,” “My Week With Marilyn,” and “Brokeback Mountain” was a Brooklyn resident for many years, but sold her Boerum Hill townhouse for $8.8 million last fall, which was $1.3 million over the asking price.

Her new abode, at 1440 Albemarle Road, features a whopping eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, a two-story front porch and wood-burning fireplaces, according to the blog Ditmas Park Corner. It was built in 1901 and is in need of renovations.

Mary Kay Gallagher Real Estate, which specializes in selling and appraising Victorian homes, had the listing. [Ditmas Park Corner] — Tess Hofmann
