Topher Grace asking $16K a month for West Village pad

Actor and “That 70’s Show” star Topher Grace is asking $16,000 per month for the two-bedroom West Village apartment he’s putting up for rent.

Grace bought the full-floor unit, at 50 Bank Street, for $2.2 million in 2006. The actor, who recently got engaged to actress and model Ashley Hinshaw, sold his Hollywood Hills home for $1.69 million earlier this year.

The apartment is in a 15-unit, four story building and features a keyed elevator that opens into the apartment, according to the New York Daily News.
