Bobby Cannavale, Rose Byrne buy Boerum Hill townhouse

The seller was his former "Boardwalk Empire" co-star Paul Sparks and wife Annie Parisse

A Boerum Hill townhouse is swapping one pair of Hollywood owners for another.

Actors Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne bought the townhouse at 453 Warren Street from another pair of thespians, Annie Parisse and Paul Sparks, paying $2.2 million.

Cannavale won an Emmy for his supporting turn as Gyp Rosetti on HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire,” where he co-starred with Sparks, who played Mickey Doyle.

Parisse and Sparks bought the the three-story, 2,000-square-foot house on the Brooklyn waterfront in 2013, paying $1.8 million.

Cannavale and Byrne, who now live in the East Village, have been dating since 2012.

Byrne has appeared in “Bridesmaids,” “Neighbors” and “X-Men: First Class.” Parisse is best known for her turn on “Law and Order.”
