Dutch banking giant ING Financial Holdings is moving down Sixth Avenue, taking four floors at the Durst Organization’s 1133 Sixth Avenue in Midtown.

The firm signed a 10-year lease to take 132,000 square feet, the seventh through 10th floors.

Rocco Romeo and Tom Bow represented Durst in-house, while ING was represented by Robert Stillman and Michael Geoghegan of CBRE.

Romeo told the New York Post the building’s remaining space, about 100,000 square feet, will soon be rented as well. Asking rents at the office tower range from the low $70s to the low $90s per square foot, the Post reported.

Several other tenants have recently signed at the million-square-foot office building, including Israel’s largest lender Bank Hapoalim, law firm Watson Farley & Williams and the National Basketball Players Association.

Durst is currently in the midst of a $25 million lawsuit against Amazon, accusing the online retailer of violating a letter of intent to take 310,000 square feet at the building.
