Tribeca Film Festival co-founders Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff are looking to sell their five-bedroom pad at the storied Dakota building for $39 million, more than a year after announcing their divorce.

The former couple, who founded the festival with Robert De Niro, lived at the exclusive Upper West Side co-op at 1 West 72nd Street for more than two decades. Financier Hatkoff was subpoenaed in 2014 as part of a racial discrimination suit filed against the co-op board by embattled hedge fund manager Alphonse “Buddy” Fletcher. The suit was later dismissed.

Deborah Grubman, David Dubin and Paul Albano of the Corcoran Group are listing the 7,500-square-foot apartment.

Grubman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The eighth-floor pad is a combination of four apartments and has two wood-burning fireplaces and views of Central Park. The home also comes with a separate apartment for staff. It wasn’t immediately clear how much the couple paid for the units.

The Dakota is best known as the one-time home of celebrities such as John Lennon and Lauren Bacall. A nine-room apartment at the building once home to Judy Garland is also on the market for $16.7 million.
