Edward Minskoff signed the fintech firm Arcesium to 39,000 square feet at his 1166 Sixth Avenue.
The financial technology firm plans to take the entire fourth floor of the 1.6 million-square-foot building, which is currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Timothy Dempsey, Roger Griswold and Munish Viralam at CBRE represented Arcesium.
Global investment firm D.E. Shaw Group in April renewed its lease for 195,000 square feet at the building. Asking rents run from the high $70s to mid $80s per square foot, depending on floor.
The 44-story building, north of Bryant Park between West 45th and 46th streets, is currently undergoing a lobby redesign that will feature artworks including Roy Lichtenstein’s “Modern Tapestry” and “Amerind Landscape.”
