In December, Ivanka Trump listed her Trump Park Avenue apartment for $4.1 million, or $15,000 a month, ahead of her move to D.C. Now, Trump has shaved a bit off that asking price. While the listing price remains unchanged, the asking rent has been reduced to $13,000 a month, according to Mansion Global.
Trump picked up the 1,549-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment in 2004 for just over $1.5 million. However, it was never her primary residence. Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, lived in a four-bedroom penthouse in the building. The couple recently relocated to a $5.5 million mansion in the Kalorama neighborhood of D.C.
