After consciously trying to sell their Tribeca penthouse for the last year, uncouple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin sold their three-bedroom pad at 416 Washington Street.

Paltrow and the Coldplay frontman, who divorced in 2014, originally listed the apartment for $14.25 million last March, but lowered the price to $12.85 million a month later. They pulled the penthouse off the market in November, but put it back on for $9.995 million in February. Compass’ Jay Glazer had the listing.

Paltrow and Martin, through the corporation ORCHARD HOUSE LLC, paid $5.146 million for the pad in 2007, public records show.

Last spring, Paltrow posted photos of the “confident, breezy” pad on her lifestyle website Goop. Designed by Roman and Williams, the penthouse has 11-foot ceilings, French doors, a 500-square-foot terrace and a sofa swing. [Mansion Global] — E.B. Solomont
