The estate of the late Sandy Gallin, who made his name managing boldfaced names like Michael Jackson, Dolly Parton, Whoopi Goldberg, Cher, and Mariah Carey, has chopped the price once again on his East Hampton mansion.

Gallin had been marketing his 2.1-acre spread at 466 Further Lane since 2012, but had struggled to attract a buyer. Then this April, Gallin passed away after a battle with myeloma. It appears that his estate is now getting more aggressive about moving the property.

The 6,500-square-foot house, just steps from Indian Wells Beach, is now asking $18.9 million, after previously trying for $24.5 million and $22.5 million.

The estate boasts a main house, four outbuildings, apple orchard, pool, spa, screening room, gym and pool house. Linda Haugevik of Douglas Elliman has the listing, which describes property as “the essence of the fine art of simple luxury living today.”
