Actress and “Saturday Night Live” alumnus Kristen Wiig has finally sold her Los Angeles house. The property in the Los Feliz neighborhood was listed for $2.4 million, but reportedly sold for $2 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Built in 1949, the 2,719-square-foot house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open floor plan, dark hardwood floors, a disappearing wall between the family room and terrace, a galley kitchen with dark cabinets and a media room. And, of course, there is lots of outdoor space. We’re talking 2,500 square feet of decks and terraces — all with hillside views.
Wiig, a former “SNL” cast member from 2005 to 2012, has appeared in the films “Bridesmaids,” “Ghostbusters,” and most recently “Despicable Me 3.” Her apartment in Soho sold in 2014. [LA] —Christopher Cameron
