Entertainment law firm Schreck Rose Dapello Adams Berlin & Dunham signed a pricey lease for nearly 12,000 square feet at Vornado Realty Trust’s 888 Seventh Avenue, sources told The Real Deal.

The firm, whose A-list clients reportedly include Aubrey Plaza, Lucy Liu and Amy Schumer, signed a lease for 11,600 square feet on part of the 19th floor in the 47-story Midtown building.

The asking rent in the 13-year deal was in the low-$80s per square foot, and a source with knowledge of the negotiations said it got done in the $70s per square foot.

A spokesperson for Vornado declined to comment, and a representative for Schreck Rose could not be immediately reached. Vornado leasing vice president Jared Solomon negotiated on behalf of the landlord. Jeffrey Rosenblatt at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors represented the law firm, and also declined to comment.

Schreck Rose will relocate its offices from 5 Columbus Circle early next year.

Vornado’s 880,000-square-foot 888 Seventh Avenue, between West 56th and 57th streets, is also home to the real estate investment trust’s headquarters. Private fund manager Lone Star Funds earlier this year expanded its offices in the building from 22,000 to 50,000 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield parent company TPG is also a tenant.

Vornado refinanced the tower in 2015 with a $375 million loan from Bank of America.
