A Brooklyn mansion once owned by Hollywood A-lister Jennifer Connelly and now controlled by a family with links to Apollo Global Management, is back on the market asking $14.5 million.

The 6,500-square-foot, limestone townhouse at 17 Prospect Park West last sold for $12.4 million in 2015 and set a record for the neighborhood at the time, the New York Post reported.

The seller is a New York family linked to Apollo Global Management, according to the newspaper. Compass brokers Lindsay Barton Barrett, Cristina Criado, Jessica Hirsch and Daniel Dinko have the listing.

Connelly bought the home with her husband, Paul Bettany, in 2003 for $3.7 million, and then sold it to a Google executive in 2008 for $8.5 million.

The 1899 home, which faces Prospect Park, is 25 feet wide and has original details like stained-glass windows, mahogany columns, herringbone floors and carved mantles. It also comes with a chef’s kitchen, a media room and a full “children’s floor,” among other features. [NYP] – Rich Bockmann
