Late night host Seth Meyers officially sold his 1,000 square foot apartment with a real fireplace, chef-quality kitchen and a sunken living room to RFR Holding’s co-founder Michael Fuchs.

The apartment went into contract last year and was listed at $4.5 million, however settled just a little short at $4.35 million, according to the New York Post. Meyers and his wife bought the apartment on the 12th floor in 2013 for about $3.5 million.

According to the listing, 302 West 12th Street is “the ultimate” West Village address with former celebs like Glenn Close having called it home along with Meyers and his wife. The listing was handled by Maxwell Jacobs’ Max J. Kozower. [NYP]Erin Hudson
