Justin Timberlake taps Stribling & Associates to sell Soho apartment
Performer and wife bought a condo at 443 Greenwich last year for $20M
Justin Timberlake, one of the many celebrities who calls 443 Greenwich Street in Tribeca home, is looking to unload his Soho condominium.
The entertainer listed his 2,600-square-foot penthouse at Soho Mews for $7.99 million, Curbed reported. That’s nearly 22 percent more than the $6.5 million he paid in 2010.
Jared Seligman, who earlier this year jumped to Stribling & Associates from Douglas Elliman, has the listing.
The building, at 311 West Broadway, was developed by United American Land and designed by Gwathmey Siegel.
