March 13 was an eventful day for singer Zayn Malik: his break up with model Gigi Hadid became public and his purchase of a $10.69 million penthouse in Soho closed.
The 3,597-square-foot loft went into contract on Valentine’s Day the New York Post reported, but, after news of Hadid and Malik’s breakup went viral, it’s certain that the former One Direction singer will be living at 63 Greene St. alone — at least for now.
The four-bedroom condo, with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and columns, has a large private balcony, four bathrooms and is outfitted with a chef’s kitchen.
