Debt-consolidation firm National Debt Relief signed on for another 30,000 square feet at 180 Maiden Lane, just months after it inked a lease in the Financial District office tower for 95,000 square feet.

The company is taking the full, 30,810-square-foot 28th floor at the tower owned by MHP Real Estate Services and Clarion Partners, Commercial Observer reported.

Asking rent in the 13-year deal was in the high $60s per square foot, according to the publication.

The new lease brings National Debt Relief’s footprint in the 41-story, 1.2 million-square-foot tower to just over 126,000 square feet. In May, the company signed a lease for office space across the building’s 29th through 31st floors.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Tara Stacom, Robert Lowe, Frank Cento and Justin Royce handle leasing at the building along with MHP’s in-house team of Jesse Rubens, Richard Doolittle and James Tamborlane.

It wasn’t immediately clear who represented the tenant in the deal. [CO] – Rich Bockmann
