WeWork has named Kimberly Ross its new chief financial officer, the company announced on Monday.

Ross, most recently vice president and CFO at Baker Hughes, will start at WeWork on March 16. She previously held the same role at Avon Products and Ahold Delhaize, a retail company based in the Netherlands. She sits on the Board of Directors at Chubb Insurance Group, Nestle and PQ Corporation.

Ross is the latest new face on WeWork’s executive team, as the office-space giant has moved to right the ship following a failed public offering rollout last year. Masayoshi Son, whose SoftBank is the startup’s biggest backer, handpicked former Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure as WeWork’s executive chairman. Claure has since changed up the company’s leadership.

Last month, WeWork tapped former Brookfield and General Growth Properties executive Sandeep Mathrani  as its new CEO and former Ernst & Young executive Shyam Gidumal as chief operating officer.

Three board members resigned earlier in the year: former Goldman Sachs executive Mark Schwartz, Rhone Capital CEO Steven Langman and longtime SoftBank executive Ron Fisher.

Claure said in a recent interview with Andrew Ross Sorkin on CNBC that WeWork had put together a plan to achieve profitability by 2021, and Ross said in a statement that she was ready to be a key part of this plan.

“I am excited to join the company at this critical point in its history,” she said in a statement, “working closely with Sandeep, Marcelo and the management team to help improve the financial position of WeWork.”
