Founded in SoHo and headquartered in Mahattan, WeWork owns and leases co-working hundreds of spaces across the world. It has been recorded as managing over 40 million square feet of space.
What does WeWork do?
WeWork leases spaces to co-working spaces to companies and individuals across the world. Users can rent private offices, desks, or common area access, usually on a monthly basis. In 2019 the company changed its official title to We Company. The company has started a number of other ventures, including co-living company WeLive, private school WeGrow, and luxury gym Rise by We.
