With social distancing measures in place across the country, streets and stores are empty but apartment buildings are packed full — meaning it’s never been more complicated to manage multifamily. For landlords, keeping tenants and building staff safe is more difficult than ever. Those in high-interaction positions, like doormen, must contend with a flood of deliveries. Apartments with tenants inside 24/7 are more challenging to maintain.
