Alec Baldwin was probably hoping he would’ve departed his Hamptons home by now, but it remains firmly in his possession.

The actor dropped the listing price on the Amagansett home to $24.9 million, the New York Post reported. Baldwin listed the home in September for $29 million. It’s unclear why he decided to knock off $4 million from 335 Town Lane in only four months.

Baldwin purchased the property in 1996 for $1.7 million and made it his primary residence during the pandemic. The 10,000-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The estate stretches across 10 acres, overlooking a preserve.

The two-story home features a movie theater — “Glengarry Glen Ross,” anyone? — a wine-tasting room and a wood-paneled library. The exterior includes a pavilion with a fireplace, a pool and spa, and a fenced vegetable garden. There’s also enough room to build a stable, for the prospective buyers who love their horses.

Saunders & Associates’ Scott Bradley and Michael Cinque have the listing.

Baldwin is looking to migrate away from his native New York. Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria, have been quietly shopping their penthouse in Greenwich Village on East 10th Street. Last year, they sold a lake house in upstate New York for $530,000.

The couple appear to be ready to settle into a simpler life in the rural country. They picked up a 55-acre farm in Arlington, Vermont for $1.7 million.

Baldwin, 64, is best known for roles in “30 Rock,” “The Hunt for Red October” and his Donald Trump portrayal on “Saturday Night Live,” among many others.

He was the subject of a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Halyna Hutchins following the 2021 killing of the cinematographer on the set of the movie “Rust.” The family settled the lawsuit in October and criminal charges have not been filed in the case.

Production is expected to resume on the movie in a new location this month.
