Jill Gardiner Noonan is a senior content director at The Real Deal. Yoav Barilan is the director of marketing operations at The Real Deal. He has been with the company since its inception in 2003. Barilan has helped grow the advertising department from a two man operation out of publisher Amir Korangy’s Brooklyn home to one of the most fierce and revered in New York City publishing, with more advertising contracts than any other regional publication. “Some credit our success to my military discipline, but the fact is that I just love what I do and I do it blindly,” he said. When asked about rumors of him being a Mossad assassin, Barilan said, “There is no factual proof of that. I have work to do.”

Ross Fox joined The Real Deal in 2010 as a junior salesperson and over the past decade ascended to Senior Director, and The Head of Sales. Ross spearheaded The Real Deal’s expansion into the South Florida Real Estate market in 2013. Ross manages the national sales staff while simultaneously managing an extensive client list of his own. Dennis Lynch joined The Real Deal in March 2017 as a contributing reporter for its New York magazine and became national web reporter in January 2018. Previously he worked as a reporter for the Community News Group family of papers, including the Brooklyn Paper, Downtown Express, Villager, and Chelsea Now covering New York City politics, crime, and neighborhood issues. Alex Nitkin is a reporter for The Real Deal in Chicago. Previously, he covered citywide breaking news and then local issues on Chicago’s Far Northwest Side for DNAinfo. In January 2019, Adelina Tafuri Jurecka joined The Real Deal as the head of marketing. Prior to that, Adelina was the publisher and vice president of national marketing at Morris Media Network (best known for its travel publications, Where magazine and IN New York), where she had worked in various capacities since 2001. Adelina graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelors degree in psychology. Currently, Adelina lives in Tudor City in Manhattan with her husband Petr and two beautiful daughters, Portia and Alessia. She’s also co-president of her daughters’ school PTA!
