Yankee captain Derek Jeter is looking for a new residence at “This Old House” host Bob Vila’s Flatiron apartment. The New York Post reported that Jeter has been seen visiting the building at 15 East 26th Street, known as 15 Madison Square North, on two seperate occasions. The 2,577-square-foot penthouse duplex, on the 20th and 21st floors, has a 700-square-foot private deck and is being listed for $5.7 million by Brown Harris Stevens agents Mary Rutherfurd and Russell Miller. Vila bought the home in 2009 for $6 million, according to public records. Jeter put his current home, a 5,425-square-foot apartment in the Trump World Tower, on the market for $20 million back in September. [Post]
