Lagerfeld’s Gramercy home returns to market for $5.2 million

The Gramercy Park Hotel apartment belonging to Karl Lagerfeld has hit the market again, for $5.2 million, Curbed reported. The 2,151-square-foot digs, located at 50 Gramercy Park North on the corner of Lexington Avenue, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one half-bathroom.

It is being marketed by Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman. According to Streeteasy.com, Wendy Sarasohn of the Corcoran Group first marketed the property in July 2011 for an asking price of $6.5 million. Before Corcoran took it off the market on the first of this month, the asking price fell to $5.2 million, the current asking price with Elliman.

It was previously reported that Lagerfeld paid $6.575 million for the apartment in 2006, but never moved in. [Curbed]
