“Sex and the City” star Sarah Jessica Parker and her actor husband, Matthew Broderick, spent several years house hunting downtown before finally settling on a 25-foot-wide townhouse in Greenwich Village last year. Now, 18 months later, the pair has listed their dream home for sale.

The townhouse, at 20 East 10th Street, hit the market today, according to Streeteasy.com and has a price tag of $25 million, significantly more than the $19 million the couple paid for it just last year. Parker and Broderick bought the property in March 2011, according to Streeteasy.com. The sellers were media magnate Cliff Ng and former fashion model Farrah Summerford.

The couple bought the property through an LLC named the Heirloom Trust, whose trustee is named as Frank Selvaggi, Parker’s friend and a co-chair of the Empire State Pride Agenda.
